Job summary

LifeNet Health is seeking a Processing Technician OB in Virginia Beach. You will handle tissue processing, preservation, and storage in a regulated environment, following aseptic procedures and quality control steps.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, PPE usage, and a focus on accuracy and teamwork within a production setting. Schedule is evening/night, with a strong commitment to patient-impacted outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High School or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• Zero years of work experience is required
• CTBS Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• One (1) year Tissue Processing Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Tissue processing: reviews work orders and performs processing per procedures.
• Packaging: preserve and package tissue products according to protocols.
• Documentation & data entry: record all processes.
• Decontamination: clean and decontaminate equipment and area after processing.
