Job summary

Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is seeking a dedicated line worker for the overnight shift from 1:00am to 9:30am. You will support the processing floor by rotating assignments, tracking tools, and reporting abnormalities to supervision.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand 8–10 hours on a concrete/metal grate floor, and basic English communication. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 8–10 hours on concrete/metal grate floor.
• Prefer bilingual candidates (English/Spanish, English/Punjabi, English/Hmong).
• Good attendance record.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others on the line.
• Maintain management standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for employee rotation, tool tracking, and reporting abnormalities to supervision of abnormalities within the processing floor.
• Relieving employees on the line for restroom breaks.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervision on an as needed basis.
