Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Processing Lab Technician for the night shift in Mt. Dora, Florida. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the Processing Laboratory by preparing chemicals, calibrating and tracking materials, and maintaining compliance with state regulations and Curaleaf standards.

You will work under the Lab Manager, performing tasks from labeling and packaging to cleaning and quality testing. The position emphasizes safety, GMP adherence, and accurate data documentation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of weights and measurements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt to changing tasks.
• Experience with safe handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous waste.
• Able to work independently throughout the day.
• Travel approximately 5%.

Responsibilities

• Keep the workspace clean (glassware cleaning, station wipe-down, mopping).
• Track data using paperwork and an iPad with the electronic batch record system.
• Use internal tracking systems BioTrack and METRC.
• Increase efficiency and reduce waste through ownership and teamwork.
• Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and visual inspections.
• Ensure 100% compliance with proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security.
• Comply with OSHA regulations, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling of each product per state regulations.
• Take direction from laboratory management and assist with tasks.
• Prepare materials for daily processing.
• Ensure product consistency through quality control testing.
• Complete sanitation of all production equipment and workspace.
• Follow GMP and safety procedures for safe operations.
• Complete sanitation of all tools and equipment.
