Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking a Process Technician to aseptically process human cells, tissues, and cellular products for transplant in a regulated cleanroom. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs and ISO standards, with potential overtime in a 24/7 operation.

The shift is Sunday night to Friday morning (11pm–7am) with a pay range of $21–$24/hr. The position emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and continuous learning in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Accurately adds, subtracts, measures, and calculates ratios for liquids and powders.

Responsibilities

• Reads, comprehends, and adheres to all appropriate standard operating procedures.
• Possess an understanding of the donor verification and check in and check out processes. (Edison only.)
• Gain Technical and MTF tissue product knowledge through classroom, hands-on experience and LMS.
• Prepares safe, quality tissue and maintains aseptic technique (minimizing contamination).
• Assists with line clearance, CORE break down, CORE loading and CORE unloading.
• Wears appropriate PPE and verifies sterile supplies and equipment before use.
• Completes written documentation of processing activities on controlled forms.
• Transfer tissue to freezer for storage and completes necessary documentation.
