Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking a Process Technician to aseptically process human cells and tissues for transplant in a controlled ISO-certified cleanroom. The role requires handling potentially biologically hazardous material and working in a 24/7 operation, with possible overtime including weekends and holidays.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday 3:15pm to 11:30pm, with a pay range of $21-$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic measurement and calculation skills for liquids and powders.

Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend, and follow SOPs.
• Maintain aseptic technique and sterile environment.
• Verify donor verification and check-in/check-out processes.
• Acquire tissue product knowledge through training and LMS.
• Prepare tissue and environmental samples for testing as requested.
• Record processing activities accurately on controlled forms.
• Operate equipment safely and use PPE as required.
• Assist with line clearances during shutdowns and maintenance.
