Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking a Process Technician to aseptically process human cells, tissues, and tissue-based products for transplant in a regulated ISO cleanroom. This role requires careful handling of potentially hazardous waste and adherence to strict SOPs in a 24/7 operations setting.

The position operates Tue-Sat (Tue-Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat 12pm-8pm) with mandatory overtime to meet business needs; compensation ranges from $25.85 to $30.09 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Accurately adds, subtracts, measures, and calculates ratios for liquids and powders.

Responsibilities

• Process tissue aseptically in a certified cleanroom and follow SOPs.
• Operate equipment, monitor timers, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support donor verification and logging per procedures.
• Maintain PPE and safety practices; ensure proper waste handling.
• Complete LMS training and participate in continuous improvement.
