Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Inspector – Level C for our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Huntsville, AL. You will inspect rocket motor hardware components using precision measurement tools and ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role operates on a 4/10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM). Candidates should have 6+ years of inspection experience or an associate degree with 2+ years, plus strong computer skills and familiarity with GD&T.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of inspection experience, or an associate degree with 2+ years in inspection.
• Strong computer skills, data entry accuracy, and ability to learn new software.
• Must be able to perform confined space entry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and procured items using standard measuring equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Develop and execute audit plans to verify processes, calibration, and shelf-life compliance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment setup, calibration, and periodic audits.
