Job summary

Spuntech Industries Inc. in Roxboro, NC is seeking a Night Shift Process Engineering Technician (floater) to provide night-time process support for plant operations. The role reports to the Process Engineering Manager and requires shift flexibility.

You will work on filtration, printing operations, chemical storage, and routine maintenance, reading blueprints and schematics, leading and training team members as needed, and upholding safety and quality standards across the nightly operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing and maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Forklift or equipment operation experience required.
• Able to lead or support equipment teardown and repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform night shift process support to maintain product quality and uptime.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards.
• Read schematics and mechanical drawings to understand equipment.
• Maintain filtration, printing, chemical storage areas per procedures.
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshoot, and implement improvements.
• Train and mentor co-workers as Process Eng liaison.
