Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–5 years of technical manufacturing experience.
• Identify process issues and provide recommendations for resolutions.
• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day in a cleanroom while wearing PPE.
• Basic computer literacy to document work and create reports.
• Must be self‑motivated with initiative and drive to exceed performance.
• Analytical problem solving and troubleshooting with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a diverse team with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Proficient with hand tools, meters, and calibration tools.
• Basic electrical knowledge including Ohm's Law.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production tools safely in a cleanroom environment.
• Load/unload wafers, materials, and tools per procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance, alarms, and system statuses.
• Maintain equipment uptime and tool availability to support production goals.
• Follow safety, ESD, and contamination control guidelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot probe card issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with probe card repairs and maintain repair logs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with repairs and calibration.
• Maintain maintenance logs and support startups, shutdowns, and qualification activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across shifts.
• Assist with training new team members and document procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety.
