Job summary

American Fuji Seal is seeking a 3rd shift maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities in a manufacturing setting. The role supports uptime, reliability, and safety across the production plant.

You will work with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot issues, perform routine repairs, and implement improvements that reduce downtime and costs while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to overtime and adapt to schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and tools.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and coordinate with production to implement corrective actions.
• Assist with facility-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
