Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated insight into mechanical and process analysis.
• Must communicate in both verbal and written matters.
• Ability to work overtime and any schedule necessary to maintain production.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventative maintenance to maintain production equipment, utility, and tools.
• Analyze downtimes and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Assist production department in maintaining reliability and up-time.
• Work closely with colleagues to implement continuous improvement throughout the production plant.
• Assist manufacturing in implementing corrective actions related to equipment or facilities issues.
• Assist production to improve process, methods, equipment and materials.
• Control all spare parts to repair equipment when necessary.
• Control costs related to maintaining equipment and facility.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
