Job summary

PAC Worldwide in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 11pm-7am). You’ll keep high-speed production lines running safely and reliably, performing mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance, including start-ups, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing and 3+ years in industrial electrical work. Valid driver’s license and OSHA safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of industrial electrical experience (VFDs, Servo Motors, etc.).
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic fabrication.
• Ability to read and work from electrical/mechanical blueprints.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license; ability to obtain forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment start-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose, repair, and resolve root causes of machine issues that impact quality and productivity.
• Handle light building and facility repairs as needed.
• Train and coach less experienced technicians on safe, effective practices.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, PAC, and OEM safety and maintenance standards.
• Work safely, spotting and resolving potential hazards, and contribute to a culture of safety.
