Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our label and packaging team. You will set up and run a machine that cuts labels to customer specs, monitor quality through the production process, and cross-train across the plant. Starting wage is $22.00/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential for nights.

Shift: 4 x 10 hour nights, Sunday–Thursday 6:00pm–4:00am. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn new technology and tools.
• Motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a label-cutting machine per customer specs.
• Monitor quality of finished products through the production process.
• Cross-train in other production roles.
• Perform quality assurance checks and raise concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
