Job summary

Taylor Communications in Radcliff, KY is seeking a 3rd Shift Press/Print Operating Technician to join our production team. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM, with overtime as required.

You will set up presses, monitor quality, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and efficiency during shift handovers. DailyPay is offered on day one along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to read ruler and calculate label dimensions.
• Ability to operate equipment and meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed job orders accurately and correct errors.
• Set up/adjust press for job runs to meet specifications.
• Monitor product quality and correct discrepancies.
• Monitor equipment and refer mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Initiate startup and run jobs according to production schedule.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Meet output, waste, and spoilage standards.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep workspace clean.
