Job summary

Taylor Corporation in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Press / Print Operating Technician to join our 3rd shift team. You’ll set up presses, monitor quality, and perform routine maintenance while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Basic math skills to read ruler and measure stock.
• Ability to operate equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Ability to understand verbal and written work orders.
• Ability to communicate professionally and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed job orders and set up/adjust press for runs.
• Identify errors or problems and take prompt corrective action.
• Monitor product quality during runs and check against specifications.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and logs for production shifts.
• Complete related paperwork accurately and promptly.
