Job summary

Amcor is seeking a dependable worker in the United States to operate lift equipment and perform manual tasks in a safe, compliant manner. The role requires reading machine prints, knowledge of LOTO/Arc Flash, and adherence to policies.

A team-focused, self-motivated candidate with basic computer skills and tool familiarity is preferred. The position involves reading/interpretation of prints and working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems, with opportunities for growth in

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Able to drive and operate a scissor Lift and fork truck.
• Able to perform manual labor tasks as assigned.
• Work In a safe manner in accordance to federal and company policies.
• Must have knowledge of LOTO and Arc Flash.
• Able to follow federal and company policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to work as a team.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
• Attend department and plant meeting and training.
• Ability to read and interpret machine prints.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have familiarity with most hand and power tools.
• Must have experience with the following, but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Plumbing.
