Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to maintain the appearance of 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This role involves pressure washing two store locations per night and conducting ad hoc washes as time allows, with reporting of outdoor lighting maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Good driving record.
• 2+ years work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals
