Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to maintain the appearance of 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. The role involves pressure washing high traffic areas at two store locations per night and performing ad-hoc washes as time allows.

You will report outdoor lighting maintenance needs via Service Channel and ensure safety around fuel dispensers while keeping washing equipment operable. The home store is based at store address.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to operate a hot water pressure washer.
• Must be able to wash sidewalks/front parking at two stores per night.
• Reports outdoor lighting maintenance needs via Service Channel.

Responsibilities

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking areas of two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing.
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Protect fuel dispensers, vehicles, and customers during washing activities.
• Maintain stock and replace wear parts to keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain stock of pretreatment chemicals.
