Job summary

MAI Animal Health-Genesis in Elmwood, WI is seeking a Press Operator to join our manufacturing team on the C shift (10pm–6am). This full-time position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure each item meets company standards.

You will set scales, operate and maintain molding-related equipment, inspect parts, handle packaging and labeling, and support quality processes. Candidates should be able to read and follow instructions, use basic hand tools, and lift 40–50 lbs as needed during

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand written instructions, warnings, labels, and postings.
• Proficiency in basic math for part counts (add/sub/mul/div).
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Manual dexterity for product assembly.

Responsibilities

• Set and use scales for part counts.
• Operate molding-related equipment (sleeve machine, RF sealers, heat welder, etc.).
• Visually and mechanically inspect parts.
• Packaging and labeling finished goods.
• Report quality or process issues to Quality or Molding Manager.
• Perform operator duties on molding machines.
• Sort, count, package, label and unpack inventory.
• Follow policies that support the quality system.
• Clean around workstation at the end of the shift.
