Key tasks include operating multiple machines, inspecting parts, packaging, labeling, and documenting any quality issues. Candidates should be able to lift 40-50 lbs and perform routine manual tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions or specifications.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, labels, and postings.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to use hands for product assembly.

Responsibilities

• Set and use scales for part counts.
• Run equipment such as sleeve machine, RF Sealer, Heat Welder, Needle Machine, Arbor Press, Drill Press and Auto Baggers.
• Visually and mechanically inspect parts.
• Clean hoppers, dryers, and grinders.
• Read and interpret mix sheets, ensuring proper materials are used.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Report and document quality or process issues to Quality or Molding Manager.
• Perform operator duties on molding machines.
• Sort, count, package, label and unpack inventory.
• Follow policies supporting the quality system.
• Clean around workstation at shift end.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
