Qualifications

• Able to understand directions and communicate with others.
• Educational and mechanical requirements as set forth by Leigh Fibers, Inc.
• Must possess an on-site issued lift truck operator license.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift truck to move bales from the holding area.
• Inspect finished bales for quality variances and report changes.
• Weigh and label finished bales.
• Maintain ropes, bale wraps, and press cleanliness.
• Perform all tasks safely according to JSAs.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions to the lead operator.
