You will follow work instructions, uphold quality and safety, troubleshoot issues, and complete NCRs as needed. Requires high school diploma and apprenticeship exposure; experience with measurement tools is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, comparators) preferred.
• Advanced blueprint reading skills and offline truing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinding machines for standard and prototype parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues.
• Access and follow online work instructions.
• Maintain high quality, efficiency, and a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and programming issues.
• Complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for quality issues.
• Follow inspection plans and use precision tools for QA.
• Interpret and understand blueprints; plan production to meet quotas.
