Responsibilities

• Provide general support within the Technical Operations Department.
• Handle tasks: sorting, racking, pickup and delivery of specimens to the laboratory, specimen storage.
• Possible training to run sorters in archive mode; centrifugation and aliquoting.
• Ensure timely problem resolution by identifying specimen issues and compliance with safety and 5S standards.
• Maintain accuracy and timely documentation; report to work on time and support staffing needs on weekends/holidays.
