Qualifications

• Minimal data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports general functions within the Tech Ops and Specimen Processing teams.
• Identifies problems with specimens, missing information, and handling steps to ensure timely resolution.
• Follows compliance policies for test ordering and translation tables.
• Meets quality and production standards within 6 months of training.
• Completes required documentation clearly and on time.
• Reports to work on time and supports department coverage during absences.
