Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Power Equipment Operator in the United States. You will safely operate power equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and standing reach trucks to move merchandise efficiently, reporting to the Department Supervisor.

This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to perform non-equipment tasks as needed. Overtime may be required during peak periods; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience operating power equipment in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to pass powered equipment training per company guidelines.
• Willingness to work across multiple departments as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and standing reach trucks per standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with company and regulatory rules.
• Collaborate with team members and support various departments as needed.
• Master departmental processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and report issues to supervisors and leads.
• Verify accuracy according to SOPs and communicate discrepancies.
• Flex into different roles within the warehouse and work overtime during peak periods.
