Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a night shift, full-time Post-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced surgical unit.

As a Med-Surg RN, you may take on charge responsibilities, maintain nursing standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. A sign-on bonus up to $16,000 and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• NM nursing license or NM compact license required within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and/or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and supervise assigned staff.
• May serve in the role of Charge Nurse and be accountable for professional practice.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
