Mercy Washington in Washington, MO is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist for night shift to perform overnight sleep studies, monitor patients, and provide expert PAP therapy guidance.

You will calibrate equipment to AASM standards, score studies, and document outcomes in the EMR while educating patients. Night differential and strong team support enhance a focused, autonomous role on a calm overnight unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited polysomnography program.
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
• BLS certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight sleep studies including polysomnography and titration.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment per standards.
• Monitor patients overnight and respond to clinical events.
• Accurately score studies and produce reports.
• Educate patients on sleep disorders and PAP therapy.
• Maintain equipment and follow infection control protocols.
• Document all care in the EMR.
