MercyOne Health System is seeking a night-shift polysomnographic technologist to perform standard and complex sleep studies, score data, and educate patients under supervision. You will manage CPAP/Bi-Level titrations, maintain equipment, and document findings as part of the Neurodiagnostic Services team.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, and credentialing (CRT/RRT/REEGT/BRPT) with registration eligibility and BLS.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree accepted.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Credentialed as CRT, RRT, REEGT, or BRPT is required.
• Must be registered in sleep technology or eligible to sit for registry exam.
• Must become Registered within two years of hire.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze patient information and determine testing parameters.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment for testing and ensure proper function.
• Apply electrodes and sensors per published standards.
• Follow polysomnography protocols and score sleep stages and events.
• Generate reports and document observations; ensure data integrity.
• Perform PAP mask fitting and provide patient instruction.

Educación

High school diploma or GED

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Must be credentialed as CRT, RRT, REEGT, or BRPT

Must become Registered within two years of hire

Must be registered in sleep technology or eligible to sit for registry exam (ABSM, NBR, BRPT, AASM)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
