Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a PM General Manager to own the night shift and lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll coach staff, drive performance, and manage the P&L while delivering outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

The role offers a 4-shift weekly schedule starting at 4:45 PM, substantial compensation, and performance bonuses based on sales growth, with three full days off each week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.

• Coach and lead a large night-shift team in a high-volume environment.
• Manage labor, food, and paper costs and optimize the P&L.
