Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with 3+ years supervision in manufacturing.
• 5+ years experience in plastics or extrusion environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders to estimate hours and create production schedules.
• Plan material flow and layout machine arrangement per work orders.
• Direct workers and adjust processes to meet quality standards.
• Maintain production records and document changes.
• Communicate with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inspect parts to verify conformance to specs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
