Job summary

Aero Aggregates is seeking an Operator for the NIGHT SHIFT at the Eddystone, PA facility to oversee safe operation of processing equipment and heavy machinery. The Plant Production Operator will ensure quality and efficiency during production runs.

Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment, maintaining records, following operating guidelines, and communicating with supervisors. Must be able to operate wheel loader and forklift, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in plant or industrial manufacturing operations.
• Loader and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust plant equipment to ensure product is consistent and free from quality defects.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment settings and product quality information.
• Follow established equipment operating guidelines and recognize issues as they arise.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively.

Position Overview

The Plant Production Operator is responsible for the safe operation of processing equipment and heavy machinery.

Qualifications

Education:

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an environment with dust and noise, and around equipment with higher than ambient temperatures.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
