Job summary

Energizer Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Asheboro, NC facility. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will read schematics, work orders, and procedures; repair, install, and test machines; and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. A strong team player with minimal supervision will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and progressive maintenance experience.
• Certificates in welding, rigging, pumps, pneumatics, or alignment are a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with troubleshooting skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical/equipment breakdowns.
• Read and interpret procedures, schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
• Disassemble, install, and test machines and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and enter data into CMMS.
• Work in a high-speed 24/7 environment and coordinate with team members.
