Job summary

Knife River Northwest is seeking a Plant Maintenance/Millwright to help maintain and repair aggregates, ready mix and asphalt plants while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires shift from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Friday, with weekend/overtime and some travel as needed. Wage range is $27.38–$41.92 per hour, with shift differential may apply. Full benefits are available to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant maintenance or millwright roles.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience desirable.
• Must have a clean driving record, pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain and repair Aggregate, Ready mix, and Asphalt plants.
• Complete all paperwork as necessary.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Other duties as needed.
