Vulcan Materials Company seeks a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the night crew at the quarry/plant. You will supervise maintenance staff, set priorities, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during night operations.

You will develop preventative maintenance plans, track performance metrics, and coordinate with other supervisors to minimize downtime while maintaining a strong safety culture and efficient production.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, or asphalt operations knowledge.
