Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Foreman/Supervisor to lead hourly staff at our Livingston, AL plant. This role manages night shift operations, enforces safety standards, and coordinates plant activities to ensure a safe and productive environment.

The candidate will supervise equipment and staff across a 24/7 aggregate operation, with opportunities for growth and competitive hourly pay. MSHA training is provided to support safe operations.

Qualifications

• Attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and walk in a plant environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations on night shift and weekends.
• Supervise equipment operation within assigned area.
• Resolve issues to maintain a safe, clean, and productive shift.
• Manage dust control and safety compliance as directed (water trucks, ventilation).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
