Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a dependable front-end loader operator to feed raw materials and support daily plant operations in Davis, OK. You will perform equipment inspections, keep work areas clean, and coordinate with the team to maintain a safe, continuous material flow.

Starting pay is $26.25 per hour DOE, with benefits including 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, HSA/HRA, FSA, and paid leave.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a front-end loader to feed raw materials into the plant efficiently and safely
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

Conditions of Employment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
