Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy skills and patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to follow infection control procedures and lab policies.
• Experience with LIS or lab information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection according to procedures.
• Identify patients accurately and label samples correctly.
• Follow infection control and isolation protocols in all settings.
• Operate LIS and assist with bedside testing and point-of-care devices.
