Job summary

Brookings Health System is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team on a Fri-Sun mid-afternoon/evening/night shift. You will be responsible for phlebotomy duties across all ages, assisting MLT/MT staff as needed, and contributing to high-quality patient care in a rural community hospital.

Certification in phlebotomy is preferred; if not current, on-the-job certification within a year will be discussed with Lab Manager. Starting compensation is $16.89 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred through an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy on patients from newborn to 100+ years old.
• Aide MLT/MT with various duties as assigned.
