Job summary

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support medication preparation and distribution in the night shift. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and timely delivery of medications across patient care areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan is required by 10/1/15.
• Prior pharmacy experience and/or formal training preferred.
• Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label IV and unit-dose meds per orders.
• Deliver floor stock and patient-specific meds to care areas.
• Maintain sterile environment and assist with controlled substances inventory and documentation.
