Job summary

Lonza Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operator for a 12‑hour night shift in Tampa, FL. You will support import storage, material receipt, warehousing and distribution to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant operations in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; training current.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Valid Florida driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support import storage, material receipt, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and distribution records in accordance with SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
• Receive, store, dispense, and issue materials, in‑process products, and finished goods while following all controlled procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment—including forklifts and transport vehicles—to safely move and coordinate materials.
• Identify and report issues, deviations, errors, or opportunities for improvement to management in a timely and accurate manner.
• Uphold all safety, PPE, and sustainability requirements, and stop work when necessary to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support functions to ensure accurate inventory, clean workspaces, and compliant handling of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste.
