Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Filling Machine Operator to run high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled manufacturing area.

You will perform setup, cleaning, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdowns using proper aseptic technique while following SOPs and documentation requirements. A High School diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• cGMP production environment experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
• Maintain training and follow English-based policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled area.
• Perform cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers and breakdowns with aseptic technique.
• Strictly follow SOPs and complete required documentation.
