Job summary

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker for part-time evening and one Monday shift. You will assist clients with daily living activities, follow care plans, and report changes to the Clinical Manager.

Prior PCA/CFSS certification is helpful; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. The company emphasizes accountability, compassion, integrity and teamwork, with benefits including health insurance reimbursement, 401k, CEUs and paid time

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and compassion are essential for patient care.
• Fluent English communication is required for interactions with clients and team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed during cares.
• HF (CFSS) PCA certification is preferred/required per recruiter guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the patient’s care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing.
• Communicate with Clinical Manager and scheduling team about changes.
