KENT Nutrition, part of the KENT WORLDWIDE family, is seeking a Pellet Mill Operator in Columbus, NE. The role runs 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. and involves operating pellet mills safely, ensuring quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand the feed manufacturing process and ingredient flow.
• Follow formulation requirements and QA testing per Quality Control.
• Identify and report quality issues to QC foreman.
• Maintain accurate feed inventory and production docs.
• Perform daily maintenance on pellet mill equipment and log results.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and safety to support continuous operation.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance as needed and report problems.
• Follow OSHA safety practices and standard operating procedures.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment in the plant.
• Contribute to other mill duties as assigned by shift foreman.
