Job summary

Children’s Nebraska is seeking a Central Supply/Inventory Technician to support Patient Care Units and Ancillary Departments. Responsibilities include replenishing inventory using MMIS, labeling chargeable items, and delivering supplies to units with accurate department charging.

Responsibilities

Operate MMIS and replenish inventory and par locations daily.
Label patient chargeable items with yellow stickers.
Deliver supplies to units and ensure proper charging to departments.
Process inventory credits in SCM system and assign to correct patient.
Notify supervisor of inventory discrepancies and adjust par levels as needed.
Deliver and retrieve medical equipment and isolettes; restock as required.
Rent medical equipment and beds when needed; manage traction carts and decontamination flows.
Maintain regular attendance and meet physical requirements.
