Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, associate’s degree, or technical diploma with BSN enrollment or agreement.
• 9 months professional nursing experience.
• RN License by Texas BON or NLC eligibility.
• BLS/CPR from AHA; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient/family needs using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient status, anticipate problems, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Re-prioritize and communicate changes to the care team and record in the medical chart.
• Participate in rounds or care conferences and document discussions.
