Job summary

J.D. McCarty Center is seeking part-time RNs for night shifts (7pm–7am) in Norman, OK. The role involves nursing care for 1–12 patients, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and monitor care plans.

Night RNs earn $40.00 per hour; other nursing staff may have different rates. The facility is tobacco and vape free, offering a structured environment focused on pediatric rehabilitation for ages birth to 21.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Oklahoma.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds.
• Experience with pediatric care and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and contribute to care plans while communicating with patients, families and the medical team.
• Develop optimal relationships by supervising Direct Care staff and collaborating with the treatment team to meet patient goals.
• Conduct administrative duties: attend medical conferences, assist Nursing Administration with data collection for QA/PI and related tasks.
