Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of acute-care nursing experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, prioritization, and clinical decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments and identify changes in condition.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, respiratory status, and lab results.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, case management and other team members.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and respectful communication.
