Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Hole Filling Operator to apply conductive or non-conductive pastes to pre-drilled PCB panels, inspect workmanship, and support third-shift production on a fast-paced manufacturing line.

You will follow documented work instructions, perform sanding, maintenance, and safety practices while contributing to quality and on-time deliveries. No prior experience is required; candidates with mechanical aptitude can train quickly.

Qualifications

• Solid math skills and strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work directions in English.
• Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Apply conductive or non-conductive pastes to pre-drilled PCB panels.
• Inspect for pin holes and ensure proper application of pastes.
• Sand and finish panels; perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to process instructions and quality checks throughout the shift.
