Job summary

Sky Heart Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Sanford, NC team. You will provide essential daily in-home care, assisting clients with ADLs, hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping, under supervision.

This night-time role runs Monday through Friday, with mornings and some afternoons available. We value reliable, patient caregivers who document progress and follow care plans to support client wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in PCA/CNA/HHA or similar caregiving role.
• Be able to read and follow care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support as needed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
