Job summary

Selectemp in Albany, OR is seeking a PB Shift Processing Operator for a night shift on a 2/2/3 rotation (6:45 PM–7:00 AM). The role supports manufacturing operations with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate and adjust production equipment, perform changeovers, monitor performance, and conduct in-process quality checks while collaborating with Maintenance and Production teams to meet daily targets and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production or a regulated industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production equipment, including completing changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning according to standard operating procedures
• Support production activities and help meet daily output targets
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and promptly report operational concerns
• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate electronic production records and deviation reports
• Partner with Maintenance and Production teams to resolve equipment problems and improve operational efficiency
